I don't want to seem like an alarmist but you shouldn't post your Vaccination card, cdc has directed people not to, I'm not sure as to why but I'll give you a good enough reason.
My take you have 2 of 3 identifiers(name, bday, zip(missing)) is unique enough for most people to be one of a kind. Let me know if you want me to provide you your SSN to prove a point, just looking out for your best interest before @Moe Mountain hot sauce steels your identity.

I'm at the Meadowlands race track right now. My appt was 8:50. I walked in at 8:40 and had a needle in my arm at 8:52. Sitting in 15 min observation seat and then I come back April 10th for the 2nd Pfizer shot.

Again I had soreness just kept my are moving to help mitigate the soreness I'm sure I'll pay a price on the second one. Took off the 7th in case it sucks.

For those interested. Moderna shot #2......as I described it to my sister...next day "I feel like I moved my house into my shed and my shed into my house all in the same day, oh and and someone punched me in the arm". No headache or sick to stomach stuff of which I was glad.
