Variant is also and issue WITH people as you still get it but it can morph in vaccinated people, especially immunocompromised vaccinated people. It's likely this happened with Delta which is why it affects the vaccinated people the way it does.

I agree thats why once everyone is vaccinated I'm still keeping my mask on, covid cleared through where I sit at work I was the only one who didn't get it as I keep my mask on on don't go to meetings. I don't see cops complaining about bullet proof vests at work and they get shot at way less than I smell someone's breath.
