The rear axle on my fat bike likes to work itself loose while i ride.

cam on one side, thumb nut on the other. The cam isn't opening, it just ends up loosening over a couple hours.
All of the contact faces are smooth. which i think is the problem.
maybe some carbon friction paste? or some type of thin friction washer?
i see orbea used a split washer, but those aren't great with a cam.
