How big's the hole? Throw a stitch or two on it before patching if it's that big. I just put a regular patch inside where I got a pinch flat and it holds fine but the hole isn't that big.Just got home picked up a radial patch which are thicker

Take the core out son. And spray soapy water around the bead. It gives a nice initial quick-seal and helps it slide into place. You should have zero trouble with a compressor.

If you still have trouble, throw in a tube and seat the tire. Remove ONLY ONE side of the bead when you pull out the tube, and try again. At least one bead will have been seated.
p.s. Holy shit that bike is long and slack. Is this your Mountain Creek downhill hardtail?

Correct , because the frame has a 73mm bb housing and it doesn’t need a ISCG-05 plate.1 on the drive side
Did you hammer the headtube slacker too?
