So I got this bench off the side of the road in succasunn, it racks a lot and I wanted to bring it into my basement but I'm going to resecure the legs and find a more civilized way to attach the top to the legs as it had lag bolts straight through. I hammered a dowel into the holes and I'm going to plane the top back to flat.

This is one of the dogs I dropped the other under the bench pushing it down so I'll retrieve if tommorow since I've got to clean up under there.

For everyone else Dropper installed... For @JerseyPete a better look at the whole bench currently on bike duty as my ragley is on my bike bench.

The dropper has been sunk all the way in and it's at the right hight, maybe a hair to tall but I went with shorter crank arms that should be here soon.

I still have to:
Swap tires
Fix the rotor rub
Bleed the brakes

That guy looking for a medium ht is a month to early for the ragley 🙁
 
Btw no one can convince me that 300 dollar droppers are worth it. My 100 dollar one did great and I expect the same from this one which was also about 100 for an internal routed 150mm.

The white headset spacers. Please tell me they’re not pvc pipe cut to measure.

That looks like a solid bench. You can't buy that old fashioned quality of thick timber.
