Virtual rowing?

I’ve been doing more rowing recently and I tend to follow some free YouTube training videos.

I’m not much of a social media person in general but I joined the official C2 Community FB group and there’s always lots of useful info and comments about rowing apps. I haven’t tried any myself yet but this winter i might also give one of these a try soon :

Having a dedicated screen for any virtual exercise machine is very nice. Not to fiddle with your ipad, leave it here or there, sync, etc. So I'm just poking around FB and looks like I'll grab a used (MSRP $1,200) Echelon rower for a little more than the Walmart $300 one above. Looking fwd to change it up with it during this winter.

Cool that makes sense.

post up when you get it set.

used it for last couple weeks. I like the virtual rowing because it gives me direction to go faster or slower. But the classes that are on and off the machine combo is nice. Rowing isn’t hard per se unless near the max resistance range but I definitely feel better core strength and it’s not as boring as free weights. It stays! Great that we are using the Echelon bike too so it’s been good machines and ecosystem. The machine itself is nice and smooth and best that it folds up easily. The bike and rower is only in like a 10x15 room
