Washington Valley/CR Jorba chapter lead needed

Alright guys, lots of comments and riders of this great park but no one stepping up. IF i were to take on BOTH Sourlands and WVP as Lead, but we set up a group of co-leads and each adopted a section (like the 6MR model), would that interest anyone?? I can't take on both parks on my own, but this may work if we get 4ish people.
Count me in for a dedicated section at CR.

Maybe it would help to add sort of a job description as well as the available remuneration and benefits plan attached to it...

I think the idea of taking over a park is daunting to those, like me, who have never done extensive TM before and not sure of the time commitment. What I like about this plan is it allows for a gradual transfer of knowledge.
As the co-leads gain experience it gives a much better idea of the big picture.
Plus, the co-leads can trade sections or even parks over time to widen their experience and keep motivation fresh.

I can get on board with this.

I am in. I did this at 6mr and then totally bailed on those guys.... I would like to think I will be more consistent since I ride CR more. However, what is the consensus on power tools here? Kirt mentioned to me in the past that it was better to use them in the township area (Cromwell) vs the county stuff.
Any real trimming or downed tree progress can't be down with hand tools IMO...

No power tools on your own (trimmers ok with the Rangers there) and no major trail changes without approval are the basic rules. I also would need to talk to SCPC to even get this committee idea approved so not definite yet. Was just gauging interest.

If someone else doesn't step up as lead then I'm down for this. Calling shotgun on RED since I live on it haha.

I'll volunteer for a section now that it looks like you already have enough people. If not, I call the trail formerly known as Yellow.
