Rare back to back pasta nights, but fridge contents dictated it (kale and mushrooms)

Last yesterday: orichiette with wilted kale, bacon and an egg

Love them little ears, one of my favorites especially fresh. I'd really like to learn some day to roll them. It's a frickin art.

I will always remember them from a young age in the service industry.
Chef going over the specials “it means little ears, they look like unused condoms…”
Flash forward 45 minutes and I catch myself using that description to a table of 80 y/o ladies- um yeah, it means little ears. lol.
 
Kicking myself for missing one on Prime Day. This is the way.
This was the Amazon knock off and it fit like a glove. I wouldn't use it if I was using the grill as an oven, like for upcoming Thanksgiving. Came pre seasoned. Didn't look underneath it to see how the grease and oil ended up, but I'll figure that out later.
