The plain loaf is more open, I think it’s my best work yet. Still need to get the inside a little more firm. And I should probably not be eating this much breadFirst foray into mix-ins (olives) now that I feel like I’ve got my basic sourdough process figured out. There’s room for improvement but it’s still pretty good!
