The night in review:

Grilled some corn

Pro chef neighbor brought tempura komomoto oysters with dipping sauce and a few dusting peppers. One was a numbing pepper to remind you of club days. Or nights.

Then I grilled some steak and broiled some salmon. Not pictured is my wife's green sauce for the fish. Off the frickin hook.

last night it was vegetarian ginzo time

italian tofurkey sausage and peppers with onion, gruyere/cheddar melange appetizer

Dude..so much leftovers. If you where here I'd give you a a half trays worth. My GFs grandma made them by hand to. So good.
If you brave the Bayonne Bridge on bicycle, you can probably deliver some to him pretty quick.

Only 2 crabs doe?? I'd have consumed all of the shrimp.
