Mrs. G & I finished Season 2 of The Bear last week. It’s one of my favorite things on TV for quite a while. Some tremendously good performances and the writing to match.

I also re-watched (for the third time) the 1st (probably only?) season of Taboo. Tom Hardy is pretty much a force of nature.
 
In the feel good shows of the year, we watched We are the Lucky Ones and The Tattooist of Auschwitz back to back.
 
We watched Baby Reindeer on Netflix. Kinda wild, but I don't think I'd recommend it.
 
Recently released 2nd part of Dune (note that there will be more)

Visually incredible. Acting, well that isn't important in Dune, ya just need to know what is going on.

If you are new to Dune, you'd have no idea what is going on......

I'm planning on watching it soon, amazing especially if compared to the original one that I always found extremely forgettable (I don't think I ever finished watching it). I do thing they should have spent a little more to train the worms, they only have one facial expression throughout the whole movie(if that is the face that is...)

Who is going tomorrow?

Wolverine, easily the best part of the MCU movies before the epicness of the avenger related movies and then topped off with Logan, which was incredible.

Obviously Hugh Jackman is one hell of an actor too.

And now deadpool and wolverine together with a boat load of marvel characters in the movie it sounds like it is going to be awesome, including X23!

I took my son to see logan when he was 10 and we have seen a huge percentage of the marvel movies together in the theater. Mega dad feels going with him tomorrow.

It’s playing at Rutgers starting Friday so I think we’re gonna miss opening night to save a little coin. But we’re all in.
