What beer are you drinking RIGHT NOW?

I need to get there before that place blows up and it's impossible. Looking on social media and they aren't selling out immediately...you can usually score some stuff pretty easily
Of the new breweries, they are the one that has done best managing the scalability issue. Meaning they solved the canning part of the equation, which translates to good distribution. I think they are ahead on things, and you'll be able to enjoy without Heady Topper waits.

I also hear their brewery is worth a trip, what trails are nearby? @notcho?

I went to Magnify once, basically to pick up some canned beer to go. I asked about the canning and I was told that don't have their own canning equipment on site, but they bring in a contractor who does the canning on-site. I wish Kane would start doing this like they said they were going to do in Fall 2015.

Magnify generally seems to provide Twitter updates on the availability of canned stuff at their location or if it has been sent to distributions. Liquor Factory carries their stuff sometimes.

Hmm I stopped by the brewery when they were only open for about 2 weeks. I so wanted to be blown away since my office was only about 5 minutes away. I tried their Farmhouse DIPA and the Vine Shine. Even brought home a growler of Vine Shine. But to me it was OK... not close to the best that Jersey has to offer.

Maybe I owe them another shot since they've been at it for a few months now.

I feel like I should have enjoyed these more than I did.
The first two are brettanomyces beers. That's a strain of yeast that is funkier than the brass monkey. You either like it or hate it, I seem to fall into the second camp. Whatever you brew with it tastes like a saison gone horribly wrong to me.

The Mexican Cake is a perennial whale beer. Peeps go stupid over it.
Again, didn't love it. Didn't drain pour it, but not for me. I've got a second bottle ill probably look to trade for something I'll enjoy more.

All in all, this TWJ gets a 4 out of 10 for beers.
