My wife was off yesterday and went into the city to meet up with a friend in Central Park to see Flaco the escaped owl.

Working at my Shore office, I get to see a pair of Buffleheads diving, a Red Throated Loon, Merganser, plus the usual Great Blue Heron and Swans. This crew is pretty much repeated every day, throughout the day. Really helps break things up…

Everyday this cardinal is here trying to make friends with the bird in the mirror. She'll jump between these two spots over and over all day long.

Thought I did the other day, but after a closer look, turned out to be a pine warbler.



Used to get a bunch at my last house though. They love these finch feeders with niger seed.
