On my gravel ride the other day the right/rear shifter was sporadically working I assumed it was the shifter battery going dead since the rear der was fully charged.
Well I was correct except I didn’t think it was this dead.
I guess riding 2 events the last few months in mostly wet/pouring rain conditions contributed to this.
All cleaned up with rubbing alcohol and new battery installed. I checked the left shifter it was totally fine. Of course I only have one spare battery on hand so I need to go buy more.

I got a new kit with o-rings from Bell's, but it not the right thread size. Have been using the same kit from Juicys to these Rivals and it's been the same. Which ones have coarser threads? Or did they send me the wrong kit, says SRAM/Avid on the box. The one on the left is the new kit. Regardless, sending these back.

Formula is same as sram

There you go! I used them to connect the Formula quick change adapter to my Shimano caliper, the Formula adapter leaked but the o-rings at the banjo were perfect.

IIRC, SRAM plug is M6x1. The natural brass adaptor is for the original Charger damper. M6 fine, I believe.
I bought a transition Spur All country bike.
Hopefully it shows up and I didn't get scammed.

Yeah, but I want them both white. Maybe I'll blackout both of them.
Pretty much the perfect NJ bike. 50/50 climbing/descending bias in a pretty lightweight package.
This is an experiment. I loved my original 2016 429 trail. I think 130 travel is perfect for this area.

I tuned up my old hardtail for beach cruiser duty next week, which included bleeding the rears on my ancient XT brakes. Turns out they felt even worse after the bleed, so I took the shortest path to victory.
Finished the DH build.
Installed the GX DH drivetrain and Hayes Dominion A4 brakes (unnffffffff). I think it's ready to ride, hopefully getting up to Stratton and Killington in the next few weeks to test it out.
