What have you done to your bike today?

Been waiting since 2019 for a Muk. Buy an OTSO. We get 3 in stock and we're not even a Salsa Dealer anymore 🤣

OTSO definitely stays, that bike is so dope. I still have the Blackborrow too, just need a 2nd set of wheels to put it back together.
Yep, not a big fan of the alloy muk, some weird stuff going on there…thankfully I’m not on the market for yet another bike, the Otso would be definitely on my radar otherwise. Ironically I have 3 wheelsets for the fat bike, obviously they’re all peasant level, ça va sans dire!

Jim, I glanced at the Otso specs a few days ago and if I recall correctly, it said that the bottom bracket drop is 85mm. That’s quite a bit more drop than I've seen for most new frames (~60mm). Any thoughts? Do you have to be a little more careful about pedal strikes? Maybe the assumed use of big tires compensates for the drop?

I haven't noticed it being lower than my other bikes. My Stumpy basically sits on the ground so I may just be used to it.

All my parts finally came in (thanks again BWB!) so last night I put a Deity Highside 35 (50mm rise) handlebar, M5100 crankset, Wolftooth 32T elliptical chrainring, and Deity Deftrap pedals. Got done too late for a test ride but the bike looks sharp.
