I installed cushcore today. I bought them before my blowout on tuesday, but that sidewall tear solidified my need/want for a tire insert. I'm a big dude (down 25 lbs since january tho) and I ride pretty hard. To be completely honest the install was nowhere near as hard as I expected. Both tires took me less than a half hour.

Allamuchy north, red trail coming down to the Sussex branch rail trail. Some drunk dudes on a kayak in the lake were cheering me on as I came out of the woods at the end of the video.

Just finished delacing and relacing my front fat wheel that I destroyed back in the fall. Took forever to get the rim, part me definitely mostly lightbicycle. But it was laying around so made good with my couch time. Tomorrow I will true it up at some point and throw a jumbo on there.

Other then true up wheel mounted a new jumbo in the back which was a m-fer. We are good to roll.

Put the 27.5+ wheelset I got from @Mathers on my new to me Gnarzan. On my way to try'em out. Will be fun to see how they compare to the 29s.

Yeah, I'm glad I bought it. It's a really cool bike. Today's test ride with the 27.5+ set up went well. The subtle ways it changed the ride were really interesting.

Finally managed to true the 27.5 wheels for the Fugitive. Installed a set of 27.5x3.0 High Roller II+ only to find out one of the tires has a huge wobble to it. Brand new tires, never ridden. Sucks twice as hard because I also switched the DT Swiss specific OneUp freehub body, the modified 10T-50T cassette to go with it and the 54T ratchet modification. All of that had to go back on the 29" wheel. The bike looks cool in 27.5x3.0 tires though, I just did not get any picture because was so pissed I didn't feel like go for a ride and worked on the house instead...
