here's a few of my go to spots for flat road intervals within a reasonable riding distance from you/me:It's possible that this isn't totally new, but the web interface now seemingly has some nice stuff within the map view, including display of global/personal heatmaps and some filtering of segments based on road type, duration, and elevation. I was trying to find appropriate roads to do some intervals so this is actually pretty useful.
Berkshire Valley Road in Kenvil. You can extend it and continue where it turns into West Dewey Ave and then I usually turn off onto West Central Ave for a short cool down before I turn around and go back the other way. Mid day traffic is manageable and it has a wide enough shoulder.

Emmans Road (starts right near Ashley Farm) - theres a few segments on here but the one I like the best is after the train tracks heading towards 10/46 (2nd link). the 2nd segment is kinda downhillish on the way out and a false flat on the way back. also the pavement is butter smooth since they repaved it a few years ago.
