I use the UFO drip all the time. It’s thicker than silica so it seems easier to use.Going to give this a try after I run through the Silca stuff next year

Ordered the Silca crock pot.
Jenson has them on sale $77 and
$35.for a new bag of wax.
My crock pot is overheating the wax.
1 hour to melt it, then another 40 minutes with my Zwift fan cooling it down.
75c is the temp you want.

Endurance Guy: Tolerates most of us.
It’s fast. I have it on all day at work but it takes like 15-20 minutes to be ready to go. Most of my applications are the first time double so it’s 25 minutes to do a chain.

So what's better for initial chain cleaning for someone who is chain wax curious? using a strip chip or throwing the chain in an ultra sonic cleaner if you already have one and have used it with great results to clean chains in the past.
