Yes, as a tall person I was running 175 on my XL bikes forever until I bought an XXL bike last year and it came with 170’s. I was skeptical at first but I’m also a spinner and it works very well.

Excellent job by everyone! Thanks to all that made this event a reality and all the volunteers that ensured the trails were clear of blowdowns, faceslappers and overgrowth. Our group (10am intermediate) kept a good pace and made it back in time for the band and some chow. 👍

I registered today and am signed up for the 10 AM intermediate ride. I know the park well and would be glad to sweep the ride. After the ride and a bite to eat I’m happy to volunteer in any capacity. Just LMK. I’m looking to hear some XTC, The Jam, etc too 😉

OneUp for sure. I also set up my backup bike with an SDG tellis. Both work really well. I didn’t have much success with Reverb.

Couple of observations today 1) tree on sidewinder still there. 2) chips is still very overgrown (red circle) 3) tree across Rocky trail (thin circle + pic) 4) tree down on Ridgeline (red circle, no pic) Ride-around forming.

Planning a trip with Mrs Icebiker and another couple. to St Moritz and Zermatt in Jan or Feb. For anyone that’s been there, any strong recommendations (places to stay, places to avoid, close to slopes or lifts/trams, etc). I recall at least a couple of you on here were in Zermatt last season?
