Waking up early has its benefits. Considering all that rain conditions were pretty good.

I'm in FL the first weekend of Mar but will be on the lookout for storms.

Last time i was at snowbird I spent the day exploring that side as opposed to the mineral basin and the cirque where I had usually gone...some great stuff over there.. I made many laps on that red lens line ..I need to just make a specific snowbird/alta trip...there is just so much to explore.....
how's the snow, my buddy is in stowe and he said it was awful. glacier was the word he used

Not as bad as I thought it would be, some icey spots but overall good. They groomed a bunch. My buddy was on the mountain Saturday and he said it was better then he expected as well, and it was not bad crowd wise, I waited until today to avoid the crowds. I did not ride the K1 or the bubble chair, hit most of the other lifts and had no wait time. It’s supposed rain mid-week, so hoping the snow forecast for Friday hits.

I’ve got a condo for the week across the street from Jiminy Peak in the Berkshires. Took the kids for some primo Spring conditions on Monday. Tuesday we took a break and chilled by the indoor pool. It rained like cats and dogs all night. Wednesday morning the mountain was a complete mess so we ditched and came back home. Left all our stuff at the condo. I’m currently at work in Manhattan.
Tonight we drive back up to the condo and hopefully wake up to a foot of fresh snow. 🤩

good luck, that would be awesome! I went there with another dad and our sons when they were younger. That pool was fun, its also nice that its so close.

I skied this morning, crowds not bad considering it’s a holiday week. Was getting more crowded around noon when I wrapped it up, and it’s puking snow up here at Killington now. Hopefully Saturday I can do the same, first chair and finish up around 1pm.too bad NY, MA, NH, & VT are all on feb break. gonna be a mob scene this weekend
