Dickerson Mine Preserve Conditions

Downed tree on new green right by the river crossing, needs a saw. That bear wasn't spoked by our Wednesday group of riders, he walked down the trail in front of us for a bit until he wandered off, we passed it quickly at that point. Just be on the lookout when riding DMP for a while and post up if you continue to see it.
 
Great conditions Saturday afternoon, despite the rain. This place drains so well!
There is a tree down on orange with a bunch of large branches on the trail. Didn’t get a pic but will send a screen shot of the location on a map.

Thanks, screenshot would be helpful. @TommyF and I are planning to get over there either today or tomorrow to clear everything.
 
All trails are clear. Plus @TommyF and I got a little distracted when clearing one of the blowdowns.

thanks to everyone who helps maintain this place, first ride back in a few months and all the trails were in great shape!.

Maybe the only sketchy section is the fire road back down towards Route 10 with a lot of the recent runoff there's random bigger branches and rocks. But I only went that way on my little solo pre ride in order to get back in time for the group ride.

Thanks. I’ll try to get over there tomorrow. There are also 2 big ones on Irish Spring that I’ll have to assess and see if I might want to see if DPW can take care of if they are too much. But if I can handle, maybe I can turn them into skinnies.
 
For those that ride there frequently, how do you think the trails will be by this evening, given the rain from yesterday?

I'd guess that they are okay. If the beginning of Marty's is wet, avoid that. And you should probably also avoid the outer loop of yellow towards the end of it since that if flatter and tends to hold water a little longer, but the rest of yellow should be fine. The green trail near in the powerlines by route 46 is also wet. But overall, the place should be in decent shape.

Previously downed trees are also cleared, so please post up if you see any new ones blocking the trail. I find that taking a screenshot of trailforks when I come up to a downed tree is the easiest way for me to mark the location,
 
Rode the dick today, very icy going up from the lake, the switchback climb and yellow. Once you got up top, Marty's was great, blue was good, even went down orange which was surprisingly dry. Fun day, but just be careful.
 
I live 15 min from there.

My guess it’s probably full of downed trees branches and icy bobsled trails but I haven’t been there myself recently. It wasn’t in good shape before the last snow and rain we had
