good way to crack a windshield. try and not blow super hot air out of the defroster onto a frozen windshield. blow it out of the regular vents so the car/windshield warms up uniformally.

I gave that up a long time ago (when the boys could walk themselves into the house)... Strictly toys and tools in the garage now with just enough room for people to get from the driveway to the house door.
