Bring it takes 3 minutes to swap a battery, you could keep a charged one in the car. Do a couple hours and swing back to the lot and go right back out.

I haven’t had anyone break a derailleur from torque yet. Falling all day long, yes. Don’t have anyone that’s really banging out miles either, they don’t really attract that crowd. We have one guy that broke 10k on a Vado SL and I just did his drivetrain a few weeks ago.
You sure? I don't think that's correct. E-Bikes are for longer rides with more miles.
In all seriousness, are you seeing lots of wear on cassettes/chains?
It's a known fact if you do your homework before purchasing an ebike. Lightweight anything drivetrain will last about 5 rides. The fact that the lower tier components are heavier is a good thing. You need to figure 1/2 the life on drivetrain and tires.
Have my advent x grouppo ready and waiting once my Wilds XT drivetrain STB.
Eh, during the pandemic when we couldn't get 12 speed chains I did close to 3 years on an XX1 Eagle drivetrain without a problem.
I should of said it depends on rider and where you ride 😉

XX1 chains are way more durable than the lower tier ones. I think you need to redo your homework. 😛
