Can you run Teravails on it?

Hey, it's that stupid Strava year end thing time again. Not sure if this is right because I switched back to Garmin, but I'll assume it's somewhat close. Hours were down over 200 because I was on the road a lot more this year and put that extra time in the gym. I average about 5 hours a week there so that puts me back at 1,000 which is my yearly goal. I'll do a better job logging that moving forward. Right now I just write it in my notebook.

I have 8 days to break 10k, so I'll probably do that.

Train Track ride out to Port Reading, where I ran into a stopped train and had to jump on the road.

Did an hour of arms, mostly singles to get my right side up to par. I'm working with 1/2 the muscle there so it's one of the reasons I spend so much time doing curls. You can see in this photo how my bicep was reattached during my shoulder rebuild.

A story of luck.

I ripped the back of my Ragnaroks Friday Morning riding into work. This is the 3rd pair I've done this to, but I like them too much to swap to another brand. The last pair happened within the Warranty period and they sent me a new set. I had to send a picture of the shoe sawn in half. I did. The other shoe was fine so I decided to tuck it away in my locker at work.

It just so happens that I broke the opposite side this round so I was able to ride home with 2 working shoes, which was nice because it was raining. Yay.
