Day 17 progress. Made it upstairs, took a shower, pooped in an actual toilet, slept in my own bed.

Day 18 I went up/down the stairs multiple times and the elder child took me to Staples to buy Markers. I’m pretty much good on the crutches.

Organized my art box but I’ve spent the last few days in the guitar area so no doodling.

Also have this going to keep me occupied, Per is writing a song for his Students to play on. He asked what key/scale we’d prefer and then wrote each of our parts. I have a very Yngwie/Deathklok sounding section which I’m pretty psyched about. I think we get the track tomorrow and have a week to write and record a solo and a video.

Day 20 - Ortho Follow Up. Still broken, he says 5-weeks more at the earliest, 4-weeks to next follow up.

Had PT afterwards and am doing the things. I can lift my leg up to almost 90 degrees and can go through the motion of walking but can’t hold full weight. Things are moving along although I can’t get on the trainer yet. 4-weeks is a long time so PT may let me try before my follow up.

What about swimming? while im not a fan, it was something they would let me do while I was healing.
