I just wanted to say hi & introduce myself. My name is Amy, I'm from Barnegat & I'm pretty new to mountain biking. I got back into riding my fatbike this past spring, riding mostly roads, fatbike paths & the Barnegat Rail Fatbike lane. I started to take my Specialized Ariel sport (hybrid) to Allaire a few months ago, & now I have a Specialized Myka Elite (thank you to my awesome boyfriend Chris).
Between work & kids, I try to ride as much as I can. I'm looking forward to riding the beginner rides at Allaire and wherever else I can ride.

Sounds like you found one of the friendly places to play up at Allaire. Wharton is beginner friendly too and is not too far away, so that's probably worth a look also.
