Lets see how many honest people we have out there. Tell your guilty food pleasures that you know are not good for training purposes. For example today I had a double quarter pounder and large fries in all their salty greasy goodness. The large Dr. Pepper washed it down perfectly. This can be a confessional of sorts. Can also add what you did to even out the slip. I did a spin class and played basketball for 2 hours.

oh man... girlscout cookies...tagalongs...lots of them!! 4 extra warmdown miles on the trainer at over 100 rpm... and i'm not eating at all tomorrow...yeah right...

Macho nacho tacos and burritos
5 guys burger and Cajun fries
Jose tejas chips and salsa
Mom's pasta
Afghani gyro platters. Greek too

Thankfully I'm addicted to cheap food, that's horrible for me 😉

I haven't had any junk in 2weeks except for french fries after the saturday RV ride. But my thing is I go to the bakery dept at my local Foodtown and grab a fat donut before I start my food shopping. I usually only go there for 1-2 last minute after work things cause the place sucks except for my donut fix. Oh and I will eat a shit ton of Italian bread with butter while eating macaroni at sunday dinner.

Bread does me in too at Sunday dinner with mom. My sister works at calandra's, it's like a cornocopia of gluttony with their breads.

I cant go to bed without a huge bowl of ice cream, preferably with whipped cream.

Actually, one of the reasons why I started riding was so that I wouldn't feel guilty eating pretty much anything, with the rationale being that the riding would burn off all the bad stuff. That said, I don't generally indulge into a lot of junk food...an occasional trip to a fast food joint, but only once every few months. Am big into grilled and bbq'd meats, so I guess that might be considered bad....

I have a sweet tooth like no other. I like to think I have strong willpower, otherwise I would probably be 20 pounds heavier and have like 30 cavities.

That said, I could eat reeses eggs until I threw up. Yum.

Was that before or after the sack of White Castles?

I eat M&Ms by the pound. The most I've consumed in one sitting was 27oz. It messed me up. I had symptoms of a diabetic. I try to limit my consumption to one bag at a time. 😱

Luckily I dont have a sweet tooth or I would be fatter than I already am. My issue is when I'm at work. I'm the local soda delivery boy and even though I pack my meals for the day, the temptation and offers I get throughout the day usually win. Why should I eat my fruit and yogurt when the guys at the White Rose are going to offer me something. You're damn straight I'm gonna take that grilled cheese with bacon to go:drooling:

Also, now that it's getting warmer, our weekly Sunday afternoon cookout series just kicked off. So thats going to be interesting as well. That and the fact that Chainsaw keeps feeding me beers🙄

Chocolate, well, sugar...luvs me the sugar.

Red meat.

And salt.

I had more culinary vices prior to having to go gluten-free...'guess those are still enough though.

I ate a pork roll, bacon, or sausage egg and cheese everyday for a good twenty years until I found out my cholesterol was over 300, now I eat oatmeal everyday except yesterday I had a pork roll egg and cheese oh and Sunday I had a sausage egg and cheese

I just did 60 miles of puking intervals, and after a sensible dinner, polished off about a liter of turkey hill chocolate ice cream. And a beer.

Okay I confess...my son loves vanilla wafers and I sometimes sneak a handful with milk....but it's fat free milk.🙄
