Perrineville Lake Park Conditions

Trails are in great condition. As to the Meh trails @pooriggy speaks true. There are some trees down on Agress near the rock wall. I moved what I could.

Any reconnaissance today? I went out yesterday from about 4 - 6pm and it was almost perfect (although I was wet), but not a single puddle or rutted/muddy spot except a few small ones near top of the hill where there is less tree cover. When I left, my bike was messy, but only from organics on the trail and a small amount of sand. It appears we will be rain free this afternoon and I would like to head back this afternoon if it’s similar or dryer. Thoughts?

You'll be fine. This rain will help the trails ride better.

Lost a glove there on Sunday - blue multi colored. If you see it please hang on a branch or put on a log. It’s one of my faves.

And to make this post fit the topic - conditions were a mix of snow, ice, frozen ground with a bit of soft ground in the open fields.

Also heard from someone that rode there yesterday. Word was only a couple muddy spots in the Mine Hill section. Looking like today's rain should be pretty light and followed by wind so I'm thinking it should be pretty good by the weekend.

Planning to hike and bike the trails. I use Alltrails which shows 4 trails Rocky Brook, Mine Hill and Perrineville Lake, Perrineville Lakeside and Pine Creek trail totaling about 14 miles. Are all the trails ok to ride bikes on?
