Tariffs...what to make of them.

i just find it odd that we all cant agree that anyone that is in the epstein files should be tried to the fullest extent of the law

if its someone "i agree" with, i dont give a shit, take em down

i like jayz and reasonable doubt but if we got evidence that shows him doing illegal stuff, fry him

Great News the people of Minnesota are winning against ICE. DHS are removing 700 agents. They are probably on to Springfield, Ohio to go after the Hattian immigrants. At least they have a blueprint for peaceful protest and informing citizens.

I mean at the very least investigated......

I just saw this....and it should be noted...From Tom Homan:
"We currently have an unprecedented number of counties communicating with us now and allowing ICE to take custody of illegal aliens before they hit the streets. Unprecedented cooperation," Homan said Wednesday. "I'll say it again: This is efficient, and it requires only one or two officers to assume custody of a criminal alien target, rather than eight or 10 officers going into the community and arresting that public safety threat."

Tom Homan just told you that they fucked up big time.

This has been an issue since Stephen Miller and company took over....There was always cooperation between the police and ice....if the police picked up a known criminal migrant....They would be either adjudicated in some way and then turned over to ICE, or just turned over to ICE. Then the current regime comes along and doesn't like this process because it takes too long....they would just rather send 3000 ice agents out to capture anyone who "looks illegal" and disappear them to some ICE prison for quick deportation. In the hopes that the scare tactics would get people to self deport.....They did not count on the backlash from the public, then add in ICE killing two Americans....Just complete fucking clown show that even trump had to put a stop to.

This has been one of the biggest issues. Normal ICE practice is to pick up from police and jails. They are used to putting their handcuffs on someone already in custody and in a controlled environment. Not bashing in doors, stopping cars, rolling up to Home Depot, chasing after people in urban and suburban environments, and dealing with protestors.

"Sanctuary" cities and states would only contact ICE if they were arrested for a crime or had a criminal ICE warrant in the system. If you had a minor arrest and just an administrative ICE warrant that was not signed by a federal judge, they would be released after processing.

Right now the DHS budget is higher than the Marine Corps budget.

Seems people are lumping ICE in with Border Patrol, no? I think the shooters were BP. Either way, it just doesn't seem like law enforcement anymore. More like goon squad orgies.

Very difficult to say, with masks and no consistent uniforms. But, yeah, I thought the shooters were BP.

On the Renee Good shooter, I read that his first wife left him for a woman. When Renee's wife said "Get urself lunch, big boy," and her butch appearance may have pushed Jonathan Ross over the edge.

It's almost enough to dishearten the staff at the meme factory.

Yes, both agencies are under DHS and both are currently working outside their normal roles. I obviously had no contact with CBP as local law enforcement in NJ, but some with ICE and wasn't referring to the shootings specifically, more so the overall operations.

A friend who is a CBP officer at Port of Newark who generally checks manifests and passenger logs (she handles Bayonne cruise terminal too) was just told she needs to attend CS/CN gas training for potential deployment later in the year. She has 12 years in CBP and has never been outside of the airport/port role and she may end up deployed into a similar chaotic situation.

Hopefully Homan changes tactics. He at least seems to get that these DHS officers are fish out of water here.

So one of the many things that never made sense to me was the administration's claim of targeting murderers and rapists and pedophiles that are roaming the streets. How are those people free? I don't see a scenario where any jurisdiction in the US let's someone off the hook for this without serving their time.

Someone defend this please

The White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt already did:

“This is from an internet meme video depicting President Trump as the King of the Jungle and Democrats as characters from the Lion King,” Leavitt said in a statement. “Please stop the fake outrage and report on something today that actually matters to the American public.”

Satisfied? :Ugh:
