I don't think people mind be corrected with facts.
Usually one doesn't start off with "Jane, you ignorant slut" (if you are under 50, you might not get this - but you know to Google right?)

understand that it was both a vote against Hillary, and a vote against the Dems (2nd term) which put him in.
Not any redeeming quality other than standing there when the others were untenable.
May as well buy some of the marketing material.
I find it hilarious how the occupy movements were covered like they were taking over some huge parts of the cities
when it was a park, or a block. the Dems let it look like the whole city.
In reality it was a bunch of sit-ins.
Why would you maximize it? everyone, everywhere wants to know why - what are they protesting?
Rich people? probably their parents? It was dumb. Like any other illegal gathering, it should have been ended, peacefully.
Plenty of people with buyers remorse, but the choice was clear at the time if you looked at the Dems and said - nfw.
understanding both sides of any decision is the only way to understand that the people making the choices aren't any smarter or dumber than "you"
they gravitate towards the message and away from the other. they have experience, they have perspective.
a lot has changed in 12 months. see buyers remorse - but who wants to back off their decision? easier to double down, cause the argument is, it is still better.

not that its relevant, but since you are calling people out for obscure historical details....Her death was not investigated...there were no reports...She died from a gunshot wound to the chest....nobody is sure it was a suicide.
