You're the one stating that there are big wins but not offering any examples. I'm clearly on the other side of this debate. I could come up with negative examples, but you said you didn't want any more of those.
Pls do quote text me where I said there are, in your words, “big wins,” I’ll wait.
What I DID say was that no president ever has been or ever will be perfect. So I asked for some wins to see if those who are so negative can find something good to say. To me at least, that signals critical thinking, I.e. might I possibly be wrong about something and if so, how/where? Because, if you can’t come up with any, that infers you believe the president/administration (sorry I’m using these interchangeably, I really mean the latter) is 100% wrong in every decision they’ve made and action they’ve taken.
And being 100% wrong is a type of perfection. Even the most incompetent person will still, by pure chance, be right sometimes. It may not be intentional, but nonetheless, they’ll get some things right.
So, sorry, but logically, I do not believe perfection exists. And since you infer you do, we can’t really have a conversation because those dichotomies probably won’t find a common ground. And as such we should respect and save each other’s time.
I’m not here to convince anyone of anything, I really was curious if those who are so negative could find any glimmer, no matter how slight.
I’m not a big political person, I think I’ll stick to my family, hockey, mtb, beer, comedy, warm sunny weather., etc., things that bring me joy. Talking politics really doesn’t cuz there’s so much division.
