Trump and McDonald's have been a thing since his first term, so I have no hesitation believing the post was intended as a positive.

Testing out the current tariff situation. Placed a $225 order from a place in Germany for an item that is $422 here. How bad can it be?
Sadly those qanon nut jobs were right, there was a pedo ring being run by the rich elites. The problem is most of the rich elites were republicans with the top pedo being trump. Every time republicans accuse democrats of something, it’s just deflection on them doing the wrong.
