How is the pic remotely relevant to a bike ride?

Gee, I was looking for someone to manage my 1A rights. Normally I rely on Mrs. G, but what with all the snow shoveling supervision, she doesn't have the bandwidth. Maybe you can step up, doe.

Let's review ur quals, first. Are you a Constitutional lawyer? Did you graduate Law Review from a Top 20 law school? Which one? U pass the bar? Please enlighten us.

No... nothing?

None of the above. But like I said what's the point of posting it in a get off your butt and ride thread? Go post it on the tariff thread or start a new one for that nonsense. I lean neither direction, and try to avoid listening to as much of that as possible...

I wasn't that stoked on riding road on the mtb this morning so tried nesh hoping that the quads or side by side went out. First issue was parking as my normal parking spot is just a paved shoulder type thing, which was a snow mound and then my backup was also. Ended up parking in the school lot since they had a delay. There were some quad and side by side tracks but they were all over the place and if I could stay in the tracks, my foot would hit the snow on the side when pedaling. Some spots you could ride on top of the crust, but every 30 seconds was a hole that stopped you dead/ Oh well, worth a shot. Rode around the ground like a dummy for the hour.

After 3 rounds of snow removal in 2 days I was feeling pretty exhausted yesterday and didnt do any other exercise type stuff. Kinda got me off my routine for training but got a good 8+ hours sleep last night and feel much better today so back to the endurance riding with a few 5+ minute moderate climbing efforts.

Also met my other goal of riding at least 31 hours over 31 days for January (31.5 hours so far and counting with 4 days to spare).

Started watching "Slow Horses" on ATV made it through 1.5 episodes during this ride.

34 minutes

I can’t post moving time on a dumb trainer, but I promise this is moving time. Trust me…if I were cheating, I’d keep it going for an hour rather than admit I’m only riding for a half hour. 😂😂

Pic of bread I made:

Eased up on the trainer by 10% but quads were creaky anyway. 😵

Watchung Reservation was better for snow shoeing than Ashbrook. More vertical, less wind ( same crunchy crust 😒 )

Started think about a winter goal on the trainer of a 60 minute full gas attempt at 10 watts higher than current FTP. ERG mode will be mentally harder but maybe a little more stable than otherwise….🤪

This went as expected. I was hoping to do some of the canal path, but I was able to go back and forth between the bridge and a substation a few times.

I was going to ride down the canal after seeing some deer cross, but I didn’t want to risk it in case it wasn’t frozen enough.
