Large shops that sell BOA equipment will also usually have a "rescue kit" for them, since BOA provides a lifetime warranty on all the parts.
That said, usually only large corporate stores that focus on repair/service (so Ski Barn and REI...). If you're near a shop that sells your product, it's always worth it to call and ask.
If you didn't know, cycling equipment usually uses "L" dials for cheaper stuff, and "Li" dials for expensive. "L" only tightens one way, "Li" allows fine adjustment in both directions.

From what I've heard, the only part that's broken is the engineers plow mount... 😉
think you heard wrong, it worked fine during this last storm . . . .
Home from VT and my wife mentions she's been cold even after raising the thermostat. I checked and realized she accidentally turned the fan from Auto to On so it's been blowing cold air from our uninsulated basement for days.
