Things that make you smile :)

CRTouch, but almost exactly the same thing - just has a metal probe. From what I've read, the internals are otherwise identical.

Nice. You'll like it. But if your feeling ambitious look into a beacon Eddy scanner. Can do automatic z offsets and full speed bed level meshes

Turning my Frown upside down. This was in the pile of mail.

Been racing in the MASS series since 2008, starting in the Cat 3 40-49 class. Many years of Cat 2 age group, Clydesdale and SS. A few years ago started dabbling in both XC and Endurance in both age group and SS. With my weight loss in '22, found myself fast enough to race in Cat1 and Endurance SS. I've stood on the race podium top step a few times over the years, season 2nd or 3rd step too.

This year I managed to do something I never thought possible. At 55 y/o, season champion of the Cat1 SS class on my rigid IndyFab Steel Deluxe. Added bonus was season 3rd in Endurance SS. Been FT SS since May and planning a '25 race season of FT SS again and 8th time at TSEpic in the SS class on a '16* Scalpel converted to SS.

i think steve's mentioned it before, but the neighbor across the street has an SUV parked on their lawn... just kinda showed up one day, moved it once to turn it around and it's been parked there ever since. we haven't seen any work being done on it or anything. well, now that it's fall and and leaves are coming down and everyone's doing yard cleanup, the SUV across the street is now officially part of the landscape.
