Looks like the bike is getting dirty. It's probably the longest stretch it's been so clean, so much so it's lived inside my living room.

This could be either on 🙂 or 🙁 but I am going to be positive today the Surgeon said, I can back on my bike today. He wants to see if I experience any pain in my shoulder. I have been off my bike since October 10 with a grade 3 shoulder separation. It's not perfect he said' it is a little unstable, but the surgery will take 2. One to repair with tendons and a plate. Then later after it heals the plate has to be removed. Now my surgeon is a fellow rider who did repair my torn rotator cuff on my other arm. Been in the gym since January before that 6 weeks PT. Looking for Sunday or Monday with the weather to get warmer.
