Went out to give my shoulder a try this week after not riding for 3 months. Didn't push myself at all. Rode 3 times 12, 16 and 19 miles.
Felt pretty good, all the strength training I did in Jan. and Feb. work out. Happy with the results.

I have a great old hose that weighs 1,000,000 pounds, but I just can't throw it out.
good one - they last until you hit them with the mower. AMHIK
I always have issues with hoses cracking and it pains me when they aren't flexible under 40 degrees. lol

I was lucky enough to get a great doctor ten years ago that diagnosed and treated my auto immune condition which has allowed me to continue my lifestyle.
She is one of the top neurologists in the state and her husband is a oncologist.
Besides being great doctors they both are caring and humble enough to also be friends with me.
We follow each other on Strava and give kudos on our almost daily routines.
They are both runners and do all the major marathons worldwide. Here they are in Tokyo right now.
I can’t even imagine how rich they are, but they both take the time to enjoy life together and even befriend me.

Oldest sons friend is moving to FL and can’t fit this 65” Sony 4K SmartTV so he offered it to us for Free99. The current version of this TV is about $2,000 so I was like hell yeah.
It’s only about 4-5 years old which is better than the 10+ year old 50” TV it’s replacing.
