This Thread Blows - C19 and beyond

Haha now you are down to inferences? Really scraping the bottom of the barrel there, old man. Masks help, I've said that numerous times, but only vaccines really protect you.

except in schools - only opening the windows helps.

Who said masks aren't effective? The discussion above, since you obviously weren't paying attention, was on mask mandates in schools. You make the same mistake Pat did, equating no mask mandate with no one wearing masks.

Local preschool. Mask mandate. Not a mask in site. Not one picture on their Facebook taken this summer has a mask in it. Well there was one, of a teacher, with her nose exposed.
They decided they are leaving the masking up to the parents, and only requiring them for pick up and drop off, which ironically is probably when they are least likely to get infected. We were going to send our 2 and 4yo kids there in September, but decided to go with the school that actually follows CDC and American Association of Pediatrics recommendations (and state mandates).

Edit: I can only imagine what the states with no mandates look like. Probably like this but with no attempt by the teachers to wear masks either.

Preschool? Lol

Seriously? There are kids under 2 at pre schools. No one recommends masks at that age. Even the WHO doesn't recommend masks under 5.
There's no kids under 2 in those pictures. American Academy of Pediatrics strongly recommends masking for 2 and up. And it's a state mandate.

So what? There is no mask mandate under 2 years old. Our kid was in multiple pre schools, they don't segregate them other than infants. One big room for the most part.

That was like 50 years ago. Times have changed. But seriously, there's different classrooms in that school, and all others that I've seen, even daycares.

And again, so what? You think even if they enforced a mask mandate to the letter, that they would segregate the 2 year olds wearing masks from the 1.9 year olds not wearing masks? Don't be silly

So what exactly are you arguing? That no one should have a mask on?
