Not saying your ride isn't hard or anything, but this is straight from the TP website:

"TSS is an estimate of the training load created by a workout based on intensity and duration. A 1-hour cycling activity at maximum steady-state intensity is 100 TSS
"

Just based on your HR on this one, it doesn't look like a 2 hour time trial; NP was 334 and average power was 244

I'm not 100% sure if the strava metric fo TSS is accurate, but it says a training load of 146, which seems way more realistic

201 TSS is not possible in a 2 hour ride, let alone less than 2 hours.

100 TSS is defined as the absolute max you can go for an hour. If you can do it for 2, your FTP is wrong.

But as we all know, the answer will undoubtedly be, "My amplifier goes to 11."

So why is running tss always double?
well if I tell TP that my FTP is 200 and I go out and ride 300w for 90 min, im going to get some wacky TSS numbers.

If you dont have ACTUAL pm data, the estimator only works by entering your estimated FTP and your perceived effort....which is worth a bucket of fuck all when compared to the actual data your powermeter is outputting.

So this I ended up getting a new 20 min power in a zwift race but hypothetically speaking this tss is not possible.

for 28min is it possible to get a score of 60? I would say its possible, I mean you can ride over your FTP for 28min then shit the bed for the other 32min of the hour if this were extrapolated. I did this once in a time trial that was about 30min long.....it was skewed bc it wasnt flat terrain but my ave power was over what I thought was my FTP at the time....but for 30min....not 2 hours. You can't score more than 100 in an hour, thats breaking mathing rules and shit.

So, wilderness 101 has come and gone. Thanks again to @xc62701 Ryan for the discounted entry. I was able to land a 3rd in SS. Weight has been my struggle. I feel I am a better, fitter and smarter rider but the weight doesn't help with 10K plus in elevation. I am currently about 205lbs. Previously from 2017-21 I would race around 188-195. This race kicks ass and kicks your ass. The single track is brutal but my strong point. Finally it was a cool day but I had to throw many attacks and go through hell to put others in a bad spot. In hind site I ran not a bad gear(34/21) but if I played my cards right and went out a little easier I could have done more damage where it mattered(34/18-19). I went from 5th to 3rd before the last climb and then 4th came back and attacked on the last climb. I caught him in Fisherman's (hike a bike) and rode his wheel on the rail trail for about 3 miles. He took a high line to avoid a lot of mud(most do this) and I decided to attack in the mud.I pinned it the last 2 miles to the finish. 2nd place was 2 or 3 min ahead and 4th finished less than a minute behind. Two days later we are on vaca in Blufton, SC and the neuropathy in my hands from the race has caused restless nights.

Nice work, one more selfie and I think the recap would have been perfect
