What are you watching now?

@iman29 @ebarker9 I just finished rewatching band of brothers for the first time since it came out....I kinda forgot how good that series was. Battle of the bulge parts were just like my grandfathers stories....absolutely freezing your ass off day and night with no way to get warm.

it was just as good the 2nd time I watched it if not better than the first because this time I was streaming it and watching on a 65" TV with surround sound.

The Pacific is just as good, waiting for the 3rd one end of this month "Masters of the Air" - trailers look great.
 
Watched Breaking Bad over the holidays after an urging from my son. I watched it when it aired and I recalled a lot of it but wow what I great show.
I then watched El Camino for the first time and the entire first season of Better Call Saul. I'm hooked.

We watched the first 5-ish episodes of Breaking Bad and it just never stuck. I am sure I will get to it, but tell me it gets better. Because after 4-5 episodes, it was basically filler at best.

At the risk of damning with faint praise, I will say it’s been worth the time so far.

It gets a lot better. As a matter of fact, with each episode it gets better. But if you didn't like the 1st five??

It's definitely a show where the tone shifts a ton from the start to the end. I liked the beginning, but the first few episodes do kind of feel like a pilot for what develops into a much, much better show. I don't think I could ever force myself to watch it all again, because it's not always the most "fun", but I agree that it's one of the best shows of all time.

same here, both me and the wife unit were like 'wtf is the draw to this'

That's a good way to put it, it also just gets much darker and darker, and violent.

Agree with your assessment but it gets so much better my wife and I had like so many oh shit no way moments watching this.

I concur with the others... It's one of the best shows I've ever watched.
