ok - had a nugget nectar cooled to about 50F. just a little on the warm side.
i hear a hi-res calling.

cause i need to fix the squeak in the elliptical. i isolated it last night to the main bearing.
with all the bicycle tech out there, it is a split, pressed bearing system where the "bottom bracket" is not a continuous tube but two shells
welded to a vertical post. this is a disastrous design, as any misalignment will squeak or clunk -
really a bad design cause it is side loaded with a fly wheel and a tensioner belt.

maybe two hi-res - only need to ride tomorrow! no worky.

This tastes like vomit. Actual vomit. Like one of those hot, gurgly bile burps. It pains me to say it since I've never had a Sierra Nevada beer I didn't like. I took a second sip to confirm my original reaction then dumped it. This will be the first time I've dumped an entire six pack of beer.
