Back brake was feeling like more of a suggestion....I've been using a SRAM 5.0mm hose since Specialized decided to make the internal guides 5.49mm.
Finally worked the 5.5mm Hayes hose in and it feels wayyyyy snappier. Much more in line with the front. As a nice result of the hose replacement I did half a teardown on the pivots....bearings still good to go.
Just need to pick a tire combo for Little Sugar and we'll be ready to go next month.

Glad they worked for you. It woulda cost more to return them to Poland than I woulda paid for them.
Based on the total lack of effort on my part I suspect this won’t last 6 months.
