so sorry Jim,,i was separated from my mom when i was little,,when i was 25yrs old i searched her and found her only to be separated again a year later when i move to the states and until now i haven't met her again,,,you see
some thing are better left to be the way they are,and i'm okay with it i guess she feel that way too.

Hey Jim- first off... 650b is slow moving Peasantry and mom loves 650b cause aint no better people than peasants, Thats out of the way...
So we know its highly publicized that 650b x 2.1 is equivalent in circumference to 700c x 42mm (I think I got that right) and larger tires make for a more smoother ride.
What about spoke length and spoke tensioning? What is the feel difference on the road aside from the commonly known attributes?

spokes carry load in tension(so no buckling concerns), so there should be no appreciable difference in their behavior based on length (diameter will make a difference, but not length).
