First pre office ride for this challenge. Helps to set everything up the night before and have the riding kit already in the bedroom to get changed quick. Except this morning I woke up early before my alarm and my lower back was screaming and I was having trouble even putting my socks on. Spent 15 minutes doing gentle lower back stretches and it made an immediate difference. Will have to add that to the list of recovery stuff I do.

Despite what I said above in my previous post I didn’t go slower and I did more than an hour today since I had some time. Recovery boots for an hour last night made a HUGE difference on how the legs felt today. Kept it flat and steady and got lucky the sun didn’t really break through at all to make it more steamy.

Got to work on getting more than 5-6 hours of sleep at night to maintain this challenge.

Saw my around the corner neighbor with her horse I mean dog Duke. She can only walk him odd hours since everyone wants to talk and try to pet him since he’s circus freak size.

id have to be following that dog with the pail on wheels and a shovel like they do the elephants at the circus. I can't imagine the food costs for him either.

I have had the chance to greet him properly once or twice he is actually a big mushball and does NOT know he's 130+ lbs and over 6' tall on his hind legs.

My dog is the female version of Duke.

The Eye of Horus 55 min riding, 60 min TM, mostly doing tree removal. I stopped to get the vine that mugged by face, but someone got it? It was odd since there was no trace of it, like none. I even looked at the picture to see exactly where it was. Possibly a ghost vine? lol

My saw has been giving me some trouble but I managed. Luckily the bigger one I could roll out of place.

I was crawling along with saw in pack and noticed this eye in a tree
