PooRiggy, we're going to DisneyLand next week. Our check-in is Tuesday but we may leave a day or two earlier and stay a night with my parents in South Carolina. Should be tons of fun, the boys are super-excited. I'm super excited about hitting LegoLand, I may buy the awesome VW Camper kit while I'm there!!

When I got into work I quickly got dressed and made a big bowl of Soybeans as a nice recovery. This is another one of those foods I can eat all day 😀

truth! I could literally eat these all day everyday! I stop and get 2 orders whenever I pass my sushi spot just to have them... a little fresh cracked and you're good to go 😀

Ended up eating some bad grapes or something later in the evening and spent most of evening sick. Blah. It's gone now though. Taking today off the bike. Need to drive some poop into work, not gonna be there next week 😀

Numbers.

Weight this morning 169.5...I'm starting to understand the fluctuation pattern a little...2400+667=3067...3067-1928=1139. PS-I feel too good to be over 1,000 calories in the hole everyday for over a month. I think TPs estimation of my daily calories might be more accurate?

Saturday.

Quickly-er!! We've decided to bump our trip out 2 extra days. We're gonna head down to my parents in South Carolina tomorrow at the butt-crack of dawn. Somehow, I convinced my wife to let me take my bike. Somehow else, I even convinced her to take a day trip to Ashville on Monday so I can climb Mt. Mitchell. I married one of the good ones 😀

Get to Florida on tuesday and we have 2 days of Disney stuff, then Universal, then LegoLand. Maybe stay somewhere else saturday night. My best friend growing up lives about an hour north of Orlando so we may crash there a night, maybe South of the Border the next night. Just as long as we're back up here before anyone has to be at work tuesday morning we're kinda open.

I didn't add in my calories for dinner. But I can assure you. I'm in the red, again. Didn't ride today so not in the red as far as usual. This morning I weighed 167. If I log back in on tuesday at 167 consider it a monumental victory 😛

That is all. Sleep. Car is loaded. Leaving in like 5 hours...

Damn. I actually just checked my numbers just for shits and giggles.

Today...

2400+0=2400...2400-1513=887 deficit. Hm. I seem to be pretty good at always staying right around 1,000, even when I don't really try to.
