Well she's ruined - first ding on a curb. Wifey deadpans "do you park much?"

I would add some smart comment but I know how much that hurts. I'll spare you.

Eh it's barely noticeable and easily fixed. Actually since thus car has been a daily driver since we've gotten to FL and will remain so until we return to jersey end of March, I'm surprised nothing worse has happened yet. Now I just jinxed myself...

I don't know. 4 oil changes and second set of tires worn to 80% in less than 6000 miles? Definitely not driven by a little old lady to church on Sundays. And it has curb rash on one wheel too.

says 80% remaining...but ya this is the deal with all of these "just about race tires" that everyone is using to get these absurd track times....they dont last very long.

4 oil changes doesnt seem crazy...you change it when you first get the car, maybe after another 1000 miles, then maybe at 3-4000. And if you took the car to the track one day, id change the oil right after. How the F Rick and company manage to curb wheels, I have no idea. I have been driving for over 25 years now and have never curbed a wheel on a shit box car that I didnt care about...much less one with carbon wheels.

I would guess since its an R model and a new one of those will cost what now with dealer markup...90-100k?
