I wear one, never tell anyone else to do so. Its not my job or any of my business. Nor do any of the justifications helmet patrol types use to explain there hall monitor type actions valid to me. Its your head, protect it as you see fit.
Which is all good except when little Johnny gets hurt on the trails and his mother sues every one she can, which of course is her right and the state closes said park instead of dealing with the backlash and lawsuits.... is this fair? not by any means but we need to play the game to keep our parks open.. and yes this is a bad run on sentence...
