helmets

so, also just curious as to the "why?"

Grow up riding without one and you will see why. I am surprised he wears on at the trails, I didn't until I got a concussion 2 years ago. Even after that it just felt unnecessary but I did it so I didn't have to hear about it from the misses if I was knocked out again. On street, pfft, never. However homan and aitkin have been sporting them, but only after life changing falls

i been riding bmx street all my life not sure y i dont wear helmet maybe cas all the web edits they dont, maybe cas pros dont ,not sure i just choose not too,i crash several times a day while riding bmx and hit my head here and there,My head can take a good bounce i am a pollock. On a side note i lived down south for 4 years dudes down there go 100mph plus on streetbikes with no helmets. That i think is just crazy, everytime i ride a motorcycle or dirtbike i wear one.Even with big name pros going down and wearing helmets not many pros or bmxers wear them. Its weird even at the mike aitken benefit jams weeks after his crash no one wears a helmet,

The last time I called roadies dbags I ended up in the garbage heap. What gives.

If he didnt call you an ahole would you still be as angry?

While we are at it what childhood event made you so resentful to others looking out for you?

wish me well??i dont need any,i choose to ride bmx and road without helmet unless its a charity ride event, put more hours on bikes then most hear and im fine with the risk i take,Have any of you ever been to indoor skateparks?Incline club/skate 57(rip),and others dont even make people wear helmets, yes it doesnt make it right becasue imo if i had a skatepark id make people wear helmets but if they allow me and my friends to ride without helmets im gonna.I like these forum thought id get like 4 comments on this.lol.

Wishing you well was a greeting, nothing more......nothing hidden.

So does carbon crack in the cold?

Got it. All makes sense now. The sadness, pain, and work of a tramatic brain injury does not belong to only the injured but their family as well.

if they say you have to wear a helmet to keep from getting hurt, and you get hurt wearing a helmet, the lawyer will have a field day....that is why.

The voice of reason has risen but none will listen. I agree that most cant understand, probably similar to hockey players emerging from the 80's, helmets were a foreign idea to them.

In this case, he wont wear a helmet for the same reason I wont wear tights, both make you look like a fvcking queer to 90% of the population. It is an image thing over anything else(and I agree to an extent). I still dont wear on on trails, but 100% of the time on a MTB I do. I tried to like this dude, but the I do more TM, and miles, and drinking, and blabbing, and foot in mouth, and bragging bullshit makes it impossible.

You know what makes one look "queer"? Drooling on yourself and having a loved one wipe your azz. I do agree with the tights doh.

I am an outsider of most of this. I don't know any of you and have no business in this thread and very little in this forum. I was refraining from posting in this thread, but it has gotten the better of me.
What am I looking at in these pictures? I know it is a goat, but what is the story behind it?
