New to the site....thought I'd introduce myself.

If you haven't figured it out my name is Zac, I currently live in Monmouth Junction. I've been road riding for 2 years and just got back onto the mtb a few months ago. I did a bit of BMX racing, wow 12-13 years ago, down in Howell.

I was always into biking as a kid, when I hit my 20's biking turned into moto x and street bikes. As life goes on, priorities change...bikes with serious hp digress back to pedal power.

What I didn't realize then is that bicycles can cost just as much as motorcycles. :hmmm: My road setup is a 07 Tarmac expert and my dirt ride is a Cannondale F600.

I'd like to find a group to hit the road and dirt with, I usually ride the road alone and will be riding Clayton 6 mile as well.

Well then, happy riding..hope to see some of you out there.
 
Hi Norm, haven't head that in quite a while....brings back of memories of growing up. But no, never was a fan of the legos. 😀

I'm like 10 minutes from 6MR so when I'm all out of gas or too lazy to drive I end up there...a lot 😛
 
Welcome, had a similar transition with street bikes myself. Glad you don't want to discuss legos I come here to escape that.
 
Thanks all. Got out to Clayton yesterday morning, I was surprised to see very little people there...it was beautiful out!
 
Good to hear you have come back to the dark side,... this site is really a great place to find a group to ride with. (just watch out for Ben)😉.

I knew it!! Last time I was in the shop with my wife I told her there was this dude working there eying me up!
