I want to defend the ball sack bag but can't after looking at that picture.

The saddle bag is for the tools/tube you always want to keep on the bike and not be without. Handlebar bag is for snacks and a place to put your layers.

The best part about gravel biking is when iI get KOMs on my road bike and they’re faster than on my gravel bike. That makes me really feel good about wasting money on my gravel bike.
